Terms of Service

Helpty is a CRM for real estate agents provided by Anastasiia Troshechkina. By using Helpty you agree to these Terms. You are responsible for your account credentials and for the accuracy of the information you provide.

You may not use Helpty unlawfully, infringe the rights of others, upload malware, interfere with its security, or reverse engineer or resell the service. You keep ownership of the data you upload and grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the service. Anastasiia Troshechkina retains all rights in Helpty and grants you a limited, non exclusive right to use it within your selected plan.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, taxes, renewals, and cancellation are governed by the Paddle Checkout Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

The service is provided as is without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non payment, or fraud and security risk. We may update these Terms, and continued use after changes means acceptance.

Privacy Notice

Anastasiia Troshechkina is the controller of personal data processed through Helpty. We collect your account data such as name, email and credentials, the customer content you upload such as clients, deals, notes and documents, support messages, and basic usage and device data including IP address, browser and log events.

We use this data to provide and secure the service, respond to support requests, improve Helpty, and meet legal obligations. The legal bases are contract performance, our legitimate interests, your consent where required, and compliance with law.

We share data with hosting, database and email subprocessors acting on our instructions, and with Paddle as our Merchant of Record for checkout, payments, invoicing, refunds and tax (see Paddle's Privacy Policy). Data may be disclosed to authorities where required by law. We keep personal data while your account is active and as needed for legal and contractual obligations, then delete or anonymise it.

Subject to applicable law you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing and withdraw consent. EU and UK residents may also complain to a supervisory authority. We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures including encryption in transit and access controls, and use essential cookies for authentication and security. Refund Policy

We offer a 30 day money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your Helpty subscription you can request a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are processed by our payment provider Paddle. To request one visit paddle.net or email AnastasiaTroshechkina@gmail.com. After a refund your subscription is cancelled and paid access ends.
